GAA Registrations.Registration evenings for all Ballon, Kilbride and Fighting Cocks juveniles who wish to play with St Martins juvenile football teams in 2020 are on Friday 21st of February in the club’s respective club-houses from 7pm to 9pm. All players must be registered before training and matches commence.Registrations for Ballon-Shamrock Gaels Ladies football is on the same dates, same times in Ballon GFCclubhouse.Parents of all children involved are asked to please note date

Ballon-Rathoe Credit Union News.“On Monday 20th April 2020, will be the last opening day of the Ballon-Rathoe sub-office. All accounts currently maintained at this branch will remain in place and can be serviced at any of our other three locations –Head office –Askea, Rathvilly or Mayo-Doonane sub offices. Your accounts will be automatically available in all of our other branches and no action is required by you. Members can avail of our loan offerings at any of our offices and our mobile lending officer is available to Ballon-Rathoe members for your convenience.In recent months, the volumes of members visiting our Ballon-Rathoe office has decreased significantly while the number of Ballon-Rathoe members availing of our longer opening hours in Askea house has increased significantly. CDCU remain committed to the Ballon-Rathoe community and will continue to provide all credit union services to the community members via our other offices, automated services and online offerings for years to come.
