In Sept 2019 up to 280,000 people will visit Ballintrane, Fenagh, Co. Carlow for the National Ploughing Championships. While local hotels, self-catering premises and B&B’s will cater for many visitors, there is a definite requirement for additional accommodation in the County Carlow area.
