I’m attaching a page given to me by Colette O’Daly (ex National Library) on the night that Michael Dawson launched his book of local photographs.
It relates to the planting of trees at Ballykealey over two hundred years ago. The sheer number is staggering! I wonder how many of them are still standing. I thought it might be of interest to you for possible inclusion on the website.
