On the 22/8/20 the children received Confirmation working with the restraints of the virus. The precautions in the church and in the ceremony were laudible. Special thanks to all involved, the teachers Martina and Michelle, Rose and John Whelan for the music and singing, Gerry the sacristan for having everything “Ship shape and Bristol fashion”, Fr. Jim for officiating and spreading good humour, the children for taking their parts seriously, the parents and sponsors and last but not least the small army of cleaners.
There were three separate services due to restrictions.
